What is the return policy?
We do our best to make sure every order is one you'll be excited to open. If something isn't right, send us a message within 7 days of receiving it— we'll see what we can do.
Unfortunately, once snacks have been opened or toys have been used, we can't accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
When will I get my order?
We don’t like waiting either. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on demand and your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind? It happens. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, drop us an email or slide into our DMs as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once your order is on its way, we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations.
How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery for orders above $35 and $4.90 for orders below $35
Urgent next-day delivery is available at $21.
Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
Not yet— we’re currently delivering within Singapore only. But we’d love to get to you soon.
